Since then, I have had the opportunity to watch her online interviews and video demonstrations, some alongside Eileen McKusick. I very much enjoyed my Biofield Tuning Foundations training with Jess in Scotland! You can feel her passion for Biofield Tuning through her clear, fun and informative teaching style. I loved her approach to practical training, as well as gently guiding me through all the steps. On a personal note; I struggle with group activities and learning as I have dyslexia; when I walked in on the first day I found it all very overwhelming; when I became emotional Jess kindly took me outside where we grounded together. Jess taught me how to hold my own energy and not allow myself to succumb to other's energy. For this, I will be forever grateful and will continue to use this in my daily life.
